Group Meditation (Free, Unguided)

Come join us in Lake Worth this Thursday (2/19) at 7 pm.

• We sit for 40 minutes total (two 20-minute sessions)
• No teaching / guidance (all forms of silent practice welcome)
• Option to sit on a chair or cushion
• Always free (we're a club, not a company)
• Palm Beach Meditators is a politics-free group
