This leisurely walk will meet at 10:00 AM at Loxahatchee Slough Natural Area,Main Entrance 11855 Beeline Highway (Route 710).
Please do not just rely on the GPS as people had problems before ..this is about one mile north of PGA ( PGA ends at the Beeline) on the Beeline (Hwy 710)
Look on the north side of the highway about a mile past the intersection of Beeline and PGA Blvd. Meet in parking lot at the trail head. Look for P&P and RFAR signs and smiling faces.

. This is a distance of about 4.5 miles. Walk for about 2 + hrs. Jim has found another trail which will be down and back. The trail we have done before has been a lot of open road. Dirt and and some gravel surfaces. There are pit toilets ,fishing dock and a picnic table .6 ( 6/10ths ) mile from the parking lot. Option: Bring picnic lunch and chairs for after the walk in the parking lot area. Leave cooler/lunch in the car.

Be sure to bring insect/ mosquito repellent, water, a hat & sunscreen. Walking stick is good too. This is walk not a hike
