Solid Waste Greenway Trail Bike Ride

Mike Purdy is planning a bike ride of the Solid Waste Authority's Greenway Trail in West Palm Beach. This truly beautiful trail is hidden behind the Administration Building. You will feel like you're in an enchanted land far from the city as you ride beside a lake and will likely see some gators, deer and birds.

Meet in the Solid Waste Authority Administration Building parking lot, 7501 North Jog Road, between 45th Street and Beeline Highway.

Ride about 9 miles @ 6-9 mph on an off-road, shell-rock packed surface with some sand. No racing tires. Water and bathrooms are located inside the SWA building. Bring water, sunscreen, etc. We can eat in the tree-lined parking lot afterward...bring a chair and a picnic lunch.
