Okeeheelee Park South Paddle

Please note address is 7500 Forest Hill Blvd. Event is at Okeeheelee Park South…You can also search Jim Brandon Equestrian Center on your GPS to get to Okeeheelee Park South. Please read entire description before you rsvp. Arrive at 9:30 am in order to launch at 10:00 am at the parking lot of Okeeheelee Park South (Not North). Please enter from south side of Forest Hill and go past the Equestrian Center ..when the divided road ends, turn left into the parking lot. We will paddle from the boat launch. No rentals at this location. There is a rest room by the parking lot for the canoe/kayak launch. You may want to bring a picnic lunch to enjoy this pretty site even longer. This is a lovely section of the park and not crowded on weekends! By participating in this event you agree to wear a properly fitted and fastened pfd (life jacket) and agree to hold the trip leader harmless for any injuries or damages that may occur.
