Kitching Creek is a very beautiful part of the Loxahatchee River in Jonathan Dickinson State Park. There is a fee to enter the park.
Join us for a relaxing paddle of 2 hours or so of gliding along this enchanting creek. BE SURE to ARRIVE EARLIER at 9:00 am to be ready to launch by 9:30. The creek becomes a narrow mangrove tunnel.
Kayak owners will launch next to the kayak renters on the grassy beach area to the left of the concession store, where the roped off swimming area used to be.
Drive your car down the dirt path that says Service Enployees Only, to drop off your kayak, then drive back to park in the lot. **If you need to rent a canoe or kayak, do so at the camp store 561 746-1466
