About us
Welcome to the Palm Beach Gator Snow Ski and Social Activities Meetup Group. Our Meetup is intended to provide snow ski trips and action packed vacations, local social events, and weekend getaways. We will be posting ski trips, weekly happy hours, monthly gatherings, and many social and special activities such as dancing, festivals, holiday parties, cruises, tubing, hiking, fishing, biking, etc.
We are a friendly, active group of all ages. Everyone is welcome!

Lake Okeechobee Bike Dike ride
Location not specified yetMeeting point: At access gate G36 on Hwy 441
Directions: From Palm Beach Gardens, drive west on PGA Blvd. to Beeline Highway (710) and go right (about 39 miles) to County Road 15B (SE 126 Blvd). Turn left and go to Highway 441; then go right 1.5 miles to G36. Turn left to park. Ben found an address close to Gate 36 ....10628 US Hwy 441/98 Okeechobee. For GPS Ben has 27.163180.716. He hopes to have bike signs.
Ride description: Ride at your own pace along paved bike path on top of the dike for about 8 miles. Get off at the next ramp. We will then meet up at the J&S Fish Camp's Gator Hole Bar for drinks and restroom break.
Notes:- Please wear your Gator T-shirt or other Gator stuff.
- Should be a food truck (Moe's sandwiches) and band outside.
- There are picnic tables outside so you can bring your own lunch along on your bike.
- Optional: Maybe a game of Left, Right, Center (LCR)...bring $1 bills if you want to play.
- Leisure ride back to cars when you are ready.
