The Great Loxahatchee River Race

Where: Jonathan Dickinson State Park - Swim Area, 16450 S.E. Federal Highway, Hobe Sound, Florida 33455 When: Saturday, May 25, 2024. Registration opens 8 a.m., races start 10 a.m. Events:

Short Course - 1 mile recreational paddle

Medium Course – 5 mile loop

Open to all canoes, kayaks, and paddle boards. Cost: preregister is $20.00, day of event is $25.00, fee covers insurance and donations to the Florida Paddling Trails Association and to the Loxahatchee River Center . The park entrance fee of $4.00 per person is included in the registration. Lunch: A complimentary lunch will be provided for participating paddlers (guests $5.00) – bring your own beverages (no alcohol allowed in park).
