Why Won't the Weight Go?
Let's get together and explore the various theories- and realities - of how our bodies respond to our environment. We will examine the root causes of weight gain and stubborn retention: imbalances in hormones, nutrient deficiencies, chronic inflammation, disturbed micro-biome, to name a few. With the underlying cause in mind- we will discuss the methods we have available to ourselves to kick-start our efforts to be Intentionally Well at our optimal weight.
