Let's meet on September 22nd, 2024 at 7.30 AM, sunrise time in Cala Nova
Embrace the energy of the new season, with a rejuvenating and empowering practice. We will come together to perform 108 Sun Salutations, a traditional practice symbolizing renewal, gratitude, and strength.
How will it work?
I will just hold the space for you to have your own personal practice, (and I will practice with you as well.😍)
When everyone finishes, we will stay in meditation and enjoy the first hours of the sun, have a swim and feel free to bring a breakfast or we can also go for a coffee together.
This event is free with the porpouse of gathering together as yogui community and share the energy for this beautiful practice.
