Master class on facial massage: techniques + gua-sha

✨ **Introduction (5 minutes):** Explain the importance of massage and its effects on muscles and skin 🌟.

💆‍♀️ **Preparation for the massage:**
- Warm up the neck, shoulders, and chest 🌿.
- Light manual massage of the head and face (without gua sha) 🌸.

🧼 **Facial cleansing:**
- Washing with water (or cleanser) 💧.
- Wiping the face with toner 🌺.

🌟 **Main part:**
- Demonstration of gua sha technique on a model (neck, face, lymphatic drainage) 🔹💆‍♀️.
- Participants repeat on themselves; I help and correct 💁‍♀️✨.
- Show how to use different sides of gua sha and explain their purpose 💎.
- Indicate the proper direction of movements ➡️⬇️.

💖 **Final:**
- Completion of the massage (manually) 🤲.
- Applying cream 🌿💦.

🗣 **Discussion:** Answer questions and give personalized recommendations 😊.

**Question about the format:**

The master class usually includes a demonstration on one person 👩‍🦱 so others can clearly see the technique. Then, participants try it on themselves 🪞. I will personally approach each participant to help correct their movements 🙋‍♀️
