Slip on your running shoes 👟 and join the Palm Coast Jogging Group for a relaxed trail jog (speedwalk) 🏞️, followed by a coffee/smoothie meetup ☕. (Optional and TBD)

Whether you’re an experienced jogger 🏃‍♀️, a beginner looking to enjoy light jogging 🏃, or just someone who loves the outdoors 🌳, this is for you! We’ll explore the beautiful, pet-friendly ICW along the Matanza's river 🐾, so feel free to bring your four-legged friend🐶. It’s a great time to stay active 💪, and connect with others who enjoy jogging or walking 🤝
