Meeting gay friends in Charleston isn’t always easy—but Palmetto Prime is changing that.
We’re a welcoming community for gay and bisexual men —and those who identify as male —built on real connection, shared experiences, and friendships that last. From happy hours and beach walks to brunches and boys’ nights out, there’s always something happening—and always someone new to meet. You’re welcome to join events for a month before officially becoming a member. When you’re ready, membership includes annual dues that support our events and community. Palmetto Prime is a 501(c)(7) nonprofit, run by members, for members.
