In-person Dhikr & Potluck, Online also available

Please join us Thursday May 23rd for an in person gathering which will also be broadcast online. We will start with a dhikr - a gathering of Remembrance where we connect our hearts to The One through prayers and chanting - followed by a potluck meal. We begin the prayer circle with reciting a few verses of the Quran for protection and guidance, then the Litany of the Sea (Hizb al-Bahr), from our teacher Abu Hassan Ash-Shadhuli, which is a deep prayer for protection. Then we will do a dhikr, calling on God in Arabic to ask for Mercy, Forgiveness, Healing and to be more deeply connected to Him and to receive His blessings. We usually finish the dhikr around 7:30.
