This Zen Buddhist sitting group meets Saturdays from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM in Room 43 of the Community Unitarian Universalist Congregation, 468 Rosedale Ave., White Plains, NY. Meetings include periods of sitting and walking meditation, sutra recitation, and Zen talks/discussions. The group is led by Rev. Seth Zuihō Segall, an ordained Zen priest in the White Plum lineage. Newcomers and veterans welcome!
