Our Open Invitation to the Neighbors and Friends of Pan Pacific Park

Blessed Be, Neighbors and Seekers!

The Pan Pacific Pagans and the Radical Faeries of Los Angeles extend our hearts and hands to everyone who shares the soil, the shade, and the spirit of our neighborhood.

We invite all locals, neighbors, and wanderers to gather, connect, and re-enchant our beloved community commons at Pan Pacific Park.

🌿 Reclaiming Our Shared Soil: The Power of Public & Third Spaces

In a world increasingly dominated by private screens and commercial venues, true public spaces and "third spaces"—places outside of home and work where we can just be together without a price tag—are vital to our collective well-being.

Pan Pacific Park is a living sanctuary for outdoor recreation, mental respite, and intentional community building. It belongs to all of us. Let’s breathe life back into our shared commons!

🚶‍♀️ Ritualize the Route

We invite you to transform a simple walk into an act of mindful connection. Next time you tread the 1.1-mile perimeter loop, we challenge you to ritualize the walking route:

  • Feel the pulse of the earth beneath the paved concrete.
  • Give thanks to the ancient trees that offer us shade.
  • Wave to your neighbors and weave a web of local visibility, safety, and mutual care.

📚 Gather and Ghost: Host Your Own Events

Let’s make the park a buzzing hub of culture and learning!

We encourage you to bring your passions into the open air.

Consider hosting your own book clubs, discussion circles, crafting groups, or wellness workshops right here on the grass.

Need inspiration? Look no further than the Grove Coven, who have beautifully modeled how to hold space under the open sky, turning shaded picnic tables into classrooms and circles of deep connection.

🌞 Aligning with the Earth: Wheel of the Year Observances

As earth-centered folks, we believe in honoring the natural rhythms of our environment.

Pan Pacific Park is the perfect backdrop for Wheel of the Year observances—from the high sun of the Solstices to the deep balance of the Equinoxes.

Marking the changing seasons together outdoors roots us to the land we inhabit and to one another.

✨ Manifesting a Dream: A Pan Pacific Pagan Pride Festival

By showing up, occupying our public parks with joy, and celebrating our diverse paths, we build the foundation for something even greater. Our ultimate vision is to manifest an annual Pagan Pride Festival right here at Pan Pacific Park—a vibrant, public celebration of magic, music, community, and local earth-stewardship.

But every great forest begins with a single seed. Come sit with us, walk with us, and help us dream this space into its highest potential.

Route Overview & Amenities

  • Distance: 1.1 miles (approx. 2,500 steps)
