Details

Pandora Boxchain is excited to announce that we are heading to Prague! After holding four previous meetups in Zug, Berlin, and Zurich, we’re now building our community in Prague and inviting all blockchain and AI enthusiasts to join us at ImpactHub on November 2nd, right after Ethereum Devcon.

ABOUT THE SPEAKERS

Dr Maxim Orlovsky is a founder and Managing Director in the Pandora Boxchain project. He is a cross-disciplinary artificial intelligence and neuroscience (MD, PhD) researcher, creator of BICA Labs (which performs research on new cognitive architectures), expert in complexity science, multi-agent systems, and cognitive architectures. Dr Orlovsky was also a co-founder of Bitcoin Foundation Ukraine in 2014 and holds a PhD in neuroscience and MD degrees.

The results of Dr. Orlovsky’s scientific works were marked by international and national awards, such as National Prize for Science and Technologies (Ukraine), number of International Scientific Soros Foundation prizes, Lindau Nobel Laureates meeting committee and many others.

In his presentation Dr Orlovsky will speak about the idea of PoCW protocol, why we need it and how the protocol is organized. You will have the opportunity to find out how to run machine learning tasks and AI models in a decentralized network and how to solve scalability problem for large-scale and high-load computing in blockchain apps.

The Proof of Computing Work (PoCW) protocol has a Nash equilibrium for provably correct computations in a trustless environment without repeating them on each of the network nodes. We will give a demo of the testnet and describe the technical design of the working computing node software.

Sergey Korostelyov is a researcher and developer at Pandora Boxchain, co-author of pynode computing kernels on Ethereum based PoCW consensus, blockchain and machine learning expert. Sergey has more than 10 years of experience in software architecture design and development focused on building complex enterprise systems.

In his presentation Sergey will provide a brief overview of the current state of technology in the field of AI and decentralization. He will also share with you our vision and values, as well as the steps we're taking towards global decentralization.

ABOUT THE HOSTS

Pandora Boxchain is a world decentralized censorship-resistant AI: built on academic research, proved with formal verification, running advanced consensus protocol Prometheus.
You can think of it as an unstoppable Skynet: check our http://manifesto.ai for more!
