What better day to start a Bible Study than our National Day of Prayer. This class covers the oils of ancient scripture. As we are faced with unprecedented times, fear and anxiety are creeping in everywhere. This class focuses on a daily meditation using oils, then provides an uplifting scripture for your reading and afterward you journal and pray. We will also be crafting our own Vision Boards.
Participants will spend about 30 minutes a day 5 days a week covering content and meditations. We will meet once a week online utilizing ZOOM to discuss our take-aways and what we may have learned and if there are any concerns or even prayer requests.
There are resources I will be using available for purchase through the publisher here: www.holyscents.org Again, this is optional I am going to email everyone the list of weekly scriptures. I will use the SOAP method for my study and you can download free worksheets using this method here: www.womanofnoblecharacter.com and various other sites (google and Pinterest are a good place to look).
We will meditate on scriptures, read devotionals, journal our insights while utilizing essential oils for an uplifting and calming atmosphere. The use of oils is not required, you can walk through this study on your own terms. This is a non-denominal study; all are welcome, regardless of belief system. The focus is to still our minds, find some calm in the chaos for inner peace, lift each other up and make time for some self-love.
