An Insight Into The Cloud Native Security Pioneers

Details
Our April meetup will go over the whole full stack of a cloud-native cybersecurity startup!
- Hands-On Kubernetes Admission Controllers
We will start with a hands-on session by Omri Cohen about Kubernetes admission controllers as they are used in Omri's team to create better security for cloud-native workloads. The talk will go over the admission controllers concept followed by real-world practices from the day-to-day work.
- Open-Source Vulnerabilities
Then we will continue with Sharon, that will give a brief on the security vulnerability process. Open-source vulnerabilities, undisclosed vulnerabilities, why should we even need to care? If you ever wonder how a CVE is born and how we handle it, this is your chance to learn from the inside.
- Migrating AngularJS to React
We will end with Nerya Agam, who will share Twistlock's ongoing journey from an AngularJS app to a frontend application in React. The talk is an excellent opportunity for everyone who wants to learn more from both sides and get better decisions at the frontend frameworks war.
This event is a unique chance to get a peek into how cybersecurity cloud-native startups work from the first point of view.
