MemGPT is a relatively recent yet influential paper from the Berkeley Sky Computing Lab. The paper’s two main authors, Charles Packer and Sarah Wooders, have also founded a company called Letta to commercialize the technology.

Our speaker, Marco Montes de Oca, is the Principal AI Scientist at Enfi, a local start-up specializing in credit analytics and risk monitoring. Marco brings a unique perspective, as he has hands-on experience implementing some of the ideas in MemGPT so can speak to it both in theory and practice.
