THE VIBE: Casual coffee & conversation with friendly faces.
THE PLAN: Get coffee, then grab a beach chair & put our toes in the sand down by the water (weather permitting). Yes, the beach really is good for you! Peer reviewed research shows that sunshine and toes in the sand:
