CLASS CONTENT
• The daily habits and mindset you need to make working from home easier in a variety of ways
• How to use your time and energy to be more efficient and productive
• Strategies for organizing and prioritizing tasks to decrease pressure so you can focus on one thing at a time, feel less overwhelmed, and be more effective with the task at hand
• Creating more structure (and boundaries!) to minimize work from interfering with home life and home life from interfering with work
• How to use assertive communication to ask for what you want and have your boundaries respected, allowing you to focus on priorities instead of overextending yourself
CLASS FORMAT
• A PowerPoint presentation (although it is not required, participants are encouraged to keep their video on to facilitate participation)
• An outline of content presented in PowerPoint presentation will be emailed
• An engaging activity to support you with getting started with what you’ve learned immediately!
MORE ABOUT THIS CLASS
No one is expected to share or talk unless they want to participate. Participation is encouraged, but it is not necessary. Depending on the amount of participation, the class is anywhere from 45 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes. Ashley Belsinger, MS of Paragon Life Coaching is facilitating the class. Registration/purchasing a ticket is required in advance.
