Paragon Partners with Women Multifamily Investors -Oxon Hill

Pam and Nikki are multifamily investors as well as successful business owners, Real estate agent, Title Insurance Producer, home owner SF residential rentals. The duo co-founded Paragon Investment Partners in Jan 2018.

Together they are invested in 146 units and counting. Their current real estate portfolio is valued over $9.1 million. They were able to acquire the vast majority of our units through partnering with a proven team all while working full-time jobs.

The meetup aims to educate the novice and satisfy the experienced investor. They desire to help in educating potential and current active/passive investors on how to get involved in profitable apartment community acquisitions. Their ultimate goal is to introduce the opportunity for women investors to get out, get involved and offer solutions on how to navigate your 9-5, family, and still achieve success in multifamily investing either passively or active.
