Do you have a deep, respectful curiosity about the unexplained? Are you an aspiring or experienced paranormal investigator looking for a serious, active, and local group in the Houston area?
Welcome to Paranormal Houston Investigations, a MeetUp group dedicated to the scientific and respectful exploration of alleged haunted locations across the Greater Houston region and beyond. We are an evidence-based group focused on learning proper investigative techniques, collecting verifiable data, and analyzing findings without sensationalism.
What We Do:
Hands-On Investigations: Participate in organized, structured investigations at historical, private, and public locations known for paranormal activity in areas like Galveston, the Heights, Old Town Spring, and throughout the Houston metroplex.
Training & Education: Learn the techniques of the trade, including how to properly use equipment like EMF meters, audio recorders (EVP), and specialized cameras. We cover everything from research methods to evidence review.
Community & Discussion: Meet like-minded individuals to discuss theories, share personal experiences, and review case files in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
Focus on Evidence: We prioritize critical thinking, debunking natural explanations, and adhering to strict investigative protocol. Our goal is to seek the truth, whether it's supernatural or psychological.
