Free Event (donation appreciated)It's harder now than ever to be a man. Society constantly tells us that we can't be vulnerable and we can't be emotional. And to find other men with similar goals and beliefs can feel near impossible. This group is a safe place. A place where men can be vulnerable and feel supported. This is a space without judgement or toxic masculinity. Sit by the fire and be free.
This group takes place around the fire circle. It begins with a meditation, and followed by a sharing circle, then a quick gratitude and accountability check. It is hosted by Bob Kaplan (Heavy Metal Healer) who is an experienced men's group facilitator and a certified spiritual life coach
This is a free event, but donations are appreciated. Held the last Tuesday of the month at 7pm.
No registration necessary.
