A hands-on, expressive art course where you are invited to create in whatever way feels most comfortable to you. Use your hands, brushes, pencils, or any materials that help you connect with the moment.
Each class begins with a thoughtful prompt.
From there, you’ll paint, draw, or create based on what you feel, not what you think it “should” look like. This course is about self-expression, reflection, and allowing your emotions, intuition, and creativity to guide the process.
No art experience is needed—just an open mind and a willingness to explore.
