V-Day Full Moon Release: Connecting to our Foundations of Grief and Gratitude

Details

**Valentine’s Day Full Moon Release Happening: Self Love through Connecting to our Fountations of Grief and Gratitude. **

Come connect with yourself and others. We gather in a warm, welcoming, inclusive space to explore the mysteries of life, love, loss, grief, and death to rejuvenate our capacity to be more aligned with the greater harmonies of the planetary bodies and to be more fully engaged with ourselves and our community.

This event is one of a series of six full moon gatherings between Janurary and July 2025 in which we will process what we wish to let go of each month and what we need to formally mourn during a larger summer solistice grief ceremony. You are welcome at any event regardless of your attendence at others.

There will be a brief opening circle, followed by a group discussion on the current full moon and season, what we are releasing, as well as for what we are creating space.

Helpful items to bring:
Journal and writing implements and Personal Candle

This work is informed by The Wild Edge of Sorrow by Francis Weller. We highly recommend it. As people we are also interested in mindfulness, cultivating presence and compassion, sidereal astrology, earth sustaining life practices, healing developmental trauma, and fostering healthy interpersonal connections. We also recommend Non-violent Communication by Marshall Rosenburg, The Places that Scare You by Pema Chodron, and Be Here Now by Ram Dass.

LGBTQIA+, Family, Pet, Connection-Curious friendly Space. We practice radical self responsiblity as trauma-informed people. Please only bring your pets if they are friendly toward other pets and people. Your children are welcome regardless of their social ability. Come as you are. <3

We want to dismantle the expectation of currency exchange for curation and intentionality. We wish to move toward an expectation of energy exchange. Your earnest sincerity, bravery, and willingness to engage at the level of your ability is the cost of this event. If you wish to contribute in more material ways, non-alcoholic beverages, snacks and candles are the provided supplies and would be accepted as supportive gifts.
