The holidays can be a season of lights, laughter, and togetherness — but for many of us, they also surface grief in powerful, unexpected ways.

Maybe it’s the empty chair at the table.
Maybe it’s the traditions that feel different now.
Maybe it’s the memories you thought you were “over,” but suddenly hit harder this time of year.

Grief during the holidays can stir sadness, loneliness, longing, and a deep sense of “if only.” You might feel abandoned, hopeless, helpless, or simply numb. These feelings don’t mean you’re broken... they mean you’re human.

Grief isn’t only about losing someone.
It can also arise from the loss of a dream, an identity, a previous version of yourself, or the future you thought you’d have.

Although many people believe we must pass through the five traditional stages of grief, the process isn’t linear. In this special holiday session, you’ll experience an imagery-based healing meditation backed by grief science; one that gently helps your body and mind release what feels too heavy to carry and reconnect you to presence, safety, and softness.

### Why this is especially for parents:

When grief lives in the body, it can disconnect us from our children and ourselves. It can pull us into numbness, dysregulation, or overwhelm... especially during a season that tells us we should feel joyful.
If grief is accompanying you this holiday season and you’re unsure how to move forward, this gathering is for you.
