About us

A space for parents who care about how they spend their time to connect, talk, and support each other through real life.

If you’re a parent, you already know…
Life is fast.

Between work, family, responsibilities, and everything in between, it can feel like there’s always something pulling at your time and attention, and in the meantime, dreams get put on hold, and our kids grow up before we know it.

This group is simply a place to slow that down for a bit.

What this group is
✅ A casual, welcoming space where parents can:
👉🏼 meet other parents in the area
👉🏼 have real conversations about life, work, business and family
👉🏼 share experiences (the good, the messy, and everything in between)
👉🏼 connect with people who are thinking about how they want their time, work, and life to fit together.

No pressure.
No expectations.
No need to have anything “figured out.”

What we do
✅ We keep things simple and relaxed.
👉🏼 Small group conversations
👉🏼 Casual meetups and hangouts
👉🏼 Open discussions around everyday topics
👉🏼 Occasional guest perspectives and shared experiences

Some conversations naturally touch on things like:
👉🏼 work and career paths
👉🏼 business and side projects
👉🏼 time, flexibility, and how people are structuring their lives
👉🏼 what’s working (and what’s not) in this season

Nothing formal.
Just real conversations.

Who this is for
✅ Parents who want:
👉🏼 connection
👉🏼 conversation
👉🏼 and a space where they don’t have to explain everything

Especially if you’ve ever found yourself thinking about:
👉🏼 how your time is spent
👉🏼 what you’re building long-term
👉🏼 or how to create more flexibility in your life

If you’ve been wanting to meet other parents who get it…
you’re in the right place.

Looking forward to meeting you,
Nia Champaneria
Organizer

Have your family, and your freedom too ✨💛

    Quick question…
Have you ever had one of those days where you’re doing everything…

    …and still thinking:
“I should be doing better than this.” 🙃

    Yeah. Same.

    Because if we’re being real…
A lot of us are carrying around this quiet guilt as parents.

    Not present enough.
    Not patient enough.
    Not doing enough.

Even on the days we’re completely exhausted from doing… a lot.

    And the wild part?
We don’t really talk about it.

    So we’re going to.

    But don’t worry—this isn’t a heavy, sit-in-your-feelings kind of thing.

    No one’s here to judge.
No one’s here pretending they’ve figured it all out.

This is just a space to show up, grab your coffee (or whatever’s getting you through the day ☕😅), and have a real conversation with other parents who get it.

This month’s conversation: The guilt we don’t talk about

    We’ll get into things like:
✔️ where that feeling shows up the most
✔️ what tends to trigger it
✔️ the random thoughts that pop up like “am I messing this up?”
✔️ and what actually helps… even just a little

    No pressure to share.

You can jump in, or just listen and nod along like “yep… that’s me.”

What to expect (since we’re online):
👉🏼 Small group, not a giant awkward webinar
👉🏼 Cameras optional (no pressure, no judgment)
    👉🏼 No slides, no “teaching”
    👉🏼 Just real conversation

I’ll guide things so it flows and doesn’t get weird… promise 😄

If you’ve ever laid in bed at night replaying your day like…
    “I could’ve handled that better…”

Yeah… you’re definitely not the only one.

    Bring your coffee.
    Show up as you are.

We’ll keep it to about 45–60 minutes.

    See you there,
    Nia Champaneria - Organizer
