Parents Estranged From Adult Children Bi-monthly Support Meeting

Peer-led bi-monthly virtual meeting to get and give support and socialization with other parents estranged from an adult child(ren). We get to know each other, share our stories, resources & tips in a judgement-free zone, what we're doing for ourselves as we move forward with our lives while navigating grieving a child still alive.

We will be talking about the upcoming holidays sharing ideas on what we plan to do for ourselves.

Given the sensitive topic of our meetings, we do ask that people use their video so everyone feels comfortable that they know who they are talking to.
