Parents on the Move: Healthy Starts with You!

Join the Healthy Start Coalition of Osceola County's movement to inspire a healthier Osceola County through monthly walking meet-ups and health, fitness and nutrition workshops. Let's support each other on our health and wellness journeys in a fun and non judgemental way. Our kick off is on February 28th, and the first 100 participants will receive Healthy Start kits, including a water bottle, portion control plates, fitness bands and more. Every meet up will include a health related raffle prize...think fitness watch, blender, etc. Be consistent with us, and you will be rewarded with an incentive. Let's get healthy together!
