Tech Talk 1: Operationalize ML Algorithms and LLMs for Production
Speaker: Ludovic Rocroy @Craft AI
Abstract: Transitioning a Machine Learning script into a production-ready application can be a complex task. This conference explores the technical aspects of AI architecture, with a particular emphasis on Craft AI, a MLOps and LLMOps platform designed to industrialize ML and Generative AI.
We will demonstrate strategies for accelerating the development, deployment, and operationalization of ML and LLMs at scale. To ensure the reliability of AI application development, we will highlight the importance of monitoring model performance, addressing biases, and enabling explainable AI.
Tech Talk 2: Estimating the Cost of an AI Project, or How to Minimize Estimation Errors
Speaker: Victor Galli @Kayro.ai
Abstract: Everyone hates estimates. It is a perilous exercise, filled with uncertainties, and in many cases, estimates are presented as deadlines, which can put the delivery team in trouble if they are too ambitious. Yet, they are a necessary evil. So, how can we minimize errors in estimation for AI projects? And if one doesnot have a technical background, how can they challenge and ensure that they are not being misled?
