90km +/- 5km Chevreuse Ride, 25-27km/h, with coffee in Dampierre

Sunday should be sunny and nicely warm so I propose you a social ride (with coffee) - unless the weather dramatically deteriorates.

This will be a strictly non-drop, social, road-bike ride, beginning from the parking at La Grande Cascade.

The ride will be somewhere just over 90km and around 950 meters of climbing - we can shortening 5 to 10 Kms before arriving to Dampierre if we feel that it's too long. Speed should be somewhere between 25-27km/h when out of Paris, possibly a little more on the flats.

• safety comes first: no helmet, no PCG ride.
• this ride is for road bikes/velos de route, not for VTT etc.
• check the weather in advance.
• bring spare tube, bidons, energy bars, gels, etc.
