Fungi possess amazing properties. We use them in the form of antibiotics, yeasts, or hallucinogenic substances. However, their ability to solve complex algorithmic problems is less known. Thus, mushrooms can spread optimally in a network or solve problems such as finding the shortest path. More interestingly, the spread of fungus follows a mechanism similar to the functioning of neural networks used in artificial intelligence.
