The purpose of this group is to create awareness and promote the practice of Hatha Yoga in its simplest, most accessible form, so that anyone can incorporate it into their daily lives—no matter how busy. Our aim is to make yoga approachable, inclusive, and practical.

The word Hatha symbolizes balance—‘Ha’ meaning sun (active energy) and ‘Tha’ meaning moon (calm energy). This balance refers not just to our physical bodies but also to our vital energy, mind, emotions, and intellect.

Just like a well-designed building or a smoothly running car, life functions best when everything is aligned and in harmony. Through the practice of yoga and asanas, we aim to realign and balance the different energies within us.

Understanding this core principle can help us apply balance in all aspects of life—leading to greater clarity, peace, and happiness.
