A writers’ feedback workshop brought to you by Paris Lit Up.

Bring something you’ve been working on — prose, poetry, fiction, nonfiction, or anything in between — and get thoughtful feedback from fellow writers.

Each writer gets a 20-minute slot, divided between reading their work aloud and receiving feedback from the group. How you divide your time is up to you — as a guide, 1,000 words takes around eight minutes to read aloud.

If you’d like to share your work:

• Bring at least 10 printed copies for the group.
• All genres are welcome.
• Reading slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• If there isn’t enough time for everyone to read, those who miss out will be given priority at the next feedback workshop.

You don’t have to bring your own work to take part. Readers, listeners and thoughtful critics are equally welcome.

La Chope des Compagnons
86 Quai de l’Hôtel de Ville, Paris
Saturdays, 16:00–18:00 (4pm–6pm)

The workshop costs 5€, which helps Paris Lit Up cover the cost of renting the space. Cash and card accepted.
