Hello everyone! Join me for a relaxing and scenic hike around the Paris area on Sunday, 5 October! We’ll meet at 9:00 AM in front of the entrance of Châtelet les Halles, 4 Rue Baltard, Paris (there’s a Starbucks next to it). From there, we’ll take the RER train to Courcelles-sur-Yvette and walk through the beautiful autumn forest towards Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse, enjoying the colors, fresh air, and peaceful surroundings.
Our route will take us to the Château de la Madeleine, a historic castle perched above the valley with stunning views and a rich history. On the way, we’ll explore the Promenade des Petits Ponts and stop for a drink or snack at the charming boulangeries and cafés in Chevreuse. After our break, we’ll return to the Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse RER station.
