Join me for a refreshing hike in the Haute Vallée de Chevreuse Regional Nature Park, starting from the town of Gif-sur-Yvette. We’ll explore peaceful forests, charming villages, and follow the scenic Yvette River back to Gif-sur-Yvette, making this a perfect escape from the city for nature lovers.
We’ll meet at 9:30 AM in front of the entrance of Châtelet les Halles, 4 Rue Baltard, Paris, and take the train to Gif-sur-Yvette together. Bring your lunch or snacks, as we’ll enjoy a picnic along the trail.
The activity will be in English, ideal for expats and anglophones living in or visiting Paris.

Duration: ~5 hours including breaks and lunch
Where we meet: 9:30 AM, Châtelet les Halles, 4 Rue Baltard, Paris (You can join us directly in Gif-sur-Yvette train station)
Where we start: Gif-sur-Yvette train station
Where we finish: Gif-sur-Yvette train station, from where we’ll take the train back to Paris.
Who it’s for: Anyone who wants to escape the city. No special experience needed, just basic fitness and good mood!
What to bring: Small backpack, water (≥1L), lunch/snacks, comfortable shoes, rain jacket.
Participation fee: €10 per person (cash or transfer on Revolut/Lydia app) at the end of the trip.
(Train ticket €5 round trip and lunch/coffee are not included)
