Description:
This interactive Meetup will dive into servant leader characteristics, and combines empathy as well as the transformational patterns that support the evolution of these characteristics. We’ll explore the characteristics themselves, brainstorm facilitation techniques that can help evolve positive team dynamics, and examine coaching and large group facilitation techniques. Attendees will leave with their own bag of tricks that can help them evolve their servant leadership capabilities.
