Première visite des locaux le 10 mai 2017 à 18h00 Location gérance restaurant rapide snack végétalien avec licence 4, petite restauration, vente à emporter, 19 places assis maximum sur place et petit espace épicerie fin. Inauguré octobre 2014. Entièrement équipé et meublé en restaurant. Commerce présent dans le quartier parisien des Batignolles (Paris 17) depuis janvier 2013. Situé près du nouveau Palais de Justice de Paris (ZAC des Batignolles) et du Parc Martin Luther King.

Pour la SAISON D' ETE 2017 du 1/06 au 30/09 ou Contrat UN AN, renouvelable 1 fois. Avec promesse de vente possible.

Superficie = 30 m2 Cuisine équipée Licence IV Capacité = 19 couverts sur place, vente à emporter, épicerie fin. Idéal couple ou famille (mère et fille, frère et soeur, etc.). Un logement (studio) pourra être prévu 15 minutes à pied, 5 minutes en Velib’. Prix : 3 200,00 € - H.T./mois (Fonds + Murs)
Caution : saison d’été 9 600,00 € (3 mois de loyer) ; un an 19 200,00 € (6 mois de loyer) - encaissable.

*** My Kitch'n Ltd is looking for someone to rent our restaurant in the 17th disctrict of Paris, right next to the new court house, 7000 new offices and Park Martin Luther King. The contract is a French "location - gérance" which means you rent the business as is, and you have to keep up the major traits of the business. My Kitch'n is a VEGAN restaurant; that is how the "fonds de commerce" is registration (restaurant rapide végétalien = vegan fast food). Though we don't mind if you change the menu a bit, it needs to stay fully vegan. We are offering those who want to run a vegan restaurant the opportunity to test out their skills and idea, in the City of Lights of all places! It sounds dreamy, and it is, but it is also hard work!

We are offering a 4-month summer season rental (June 1st - Sept 30th) or a one year rental contract, renewable once. We will provide an option to buy, for the right person. The restaurant is 30 square meters with a maximum of 19 seats. We have a to-go license and a full alcohol license. We are registered organic and have many gluten free options. We are in the residential nighborhood Batignolles, that will soon become flooded with 7000 new offices down the street. We are by the train station Pont Cardinet and in between the metro stations La Fourche and Brochant: There will soon be another metro line with a stop down the street and a tramway too. The restaurant is fully equipped and has been present in the neighborhood since January 2013. A studio apartment could perhaps be available, 15 minute walking distance from the restaurant or 5 min by bicycle. Rent : 3 200,00 € - (tax not included) /month includes the "Fonds" (the business) + "Murs" (the rented space). France divides the two (it's complicated here). We don't own the actual space, we rent it, but we own and have created the "Fonds de commerce" in it.

Deposit: 9 600,00 € (3 months rent) for the summer season;
19 200,00 € (6 month rent) for one year.
