5k hike and picnic in Fontainebleau followed by the workshop 'Ma forêt est vivante' by the Etats Sauvages association.

The workshop will be in French and is held by the charity Etats Sauvages that supports biodiversity within forests. Reservations is mandatory and there is a suggested financial donation of 10 euros : Atelier MA FORÊT EST VIVANTE ! - Forêt de Fontainebleau (77)

Hike distance and level : 5k easy with long break for picnic
Hike pace : 4,5km / hr
Elevation gain : 50 m

An intermediary level of French will be needed to participate in the workshop.

🚆 Departure from Paris (towards Montargis):
📍Let’s meet at Gare de Lyon at 10h30📍, on the platform that will be announced just a few minutes before.
Why so early? To avoid planning to arrive at 11h00 and then realising we’re actually 15 minutes late😅!

Train departure from Gare de Lyon: 11h16
Arrival at Fontainebleau-Avon station: 11h55

Note: Make sure to board the front carriage, as the rear one is often closed.

🕗 Walk departure from Fontainebleau-Avon: 12h00
We'll set off on a short hike of 1 to 2 hours, with a picnic break along the way (time to be decided together 🍽️). We'll aim to be back at the station by 14h00 to be picked up by the charity États Sauvages.

🚩Please also note that you're responsible for your own safety, and for acting with care towards others and the natural environment.

What to bring:
• A pair of hiking shoes or trainers with good grip
• Enough water for the day: at least 1,5L
• A light snack: cereal bar, fruit, etc.
• Protection from sun and wind: cap/hat, windbreaker, etc.
• Your own lunch.

Avec Alanna nous proposons une balade avec pique-nique au cœur de la forêt de Fontainebleau.
On enchaînera avec un atelier en français de 3h animé par l’association États Sauvages, à prix libre à partir de 10€ : Atelier MA FORÊT EST VIVANTE ! - Forêt de Fontainebleau (77).
🚩La réservation en ligne en amont de cet atelier est obligatoire.

La balade : 5 km, facile, avec pause pour le pique-nique.
Allure : 4,5 km/h
Dénivelé positif : 50 m

🚆Départ depuis Paris (en direction de Montargis) :
Donnons-nous RDV à la Gare de Lyon à 10h30… sur le quai qui sera annoncé qqs minutes avant.
Pourquoi si tôt ? Histoire de ne pas prévoir d'arriver à 11h… et se rendre compte qu’on aura 15 minutes de retard😅!

NB : Il faudra monter dans la rame avant du train (car la rame arrière est souvent condamnée).

🕗 Départ de la balade depuis Fontainebleau-Avon : 12h00.
Nous entamerons notre mini-randonnée pour 1h à 2h avec la pause déj’.Nous déciderons ensemble de l’heure du pique-nique🍽️.
Retour à la gare à 14h pour y être récupérés par l’association États Sauvages.

🚩Chacun randonne sous sa propre responsabilité, en adoptant un comportement responsable envers soi, les autres et les espaces naturels à préserver.

À prévoir :

• Une paire de chaussures de rando ou baskets avec bonne adhérence.
• De l'eau pour toute la journée : au moins 1,5L.
• Un encas léger : barre de céréales, fruits, …
• Protections contre le vent, le soleil : casquette/chapeau, coupe-vent, …
• Son propre repas.

🕗 Atelier Ma forêt est vivante ! : 14h30-17h30.
Cette immersion pédagogique de 3 heures est animée par l'association États Sauvages dans la forêt de Fontainebleau.
Via des exercices pratiques, nous découvrirons comment favoriser la biodiversité forestière, pour nous familiariser avec la gestion du vivant en forêt.
💶 Une participation libre d’au moins 10€ est conseillée.🎫

🚆 Retour sur Paris (+/- 45 min’ de trajet) :
