Mindful Movement Medicine

Sooo excited to co-facilitate a beautiful and magical women's mindfulness movement & Arts gathering at Enlighten Wellness with my dear heart friend Jenna Neubauer.

When: Saturday, March 26th, 12 - 2 pm

Yoga dance, sounding, flower ceremony, meditation arts, reflective journaling, sound bath, sisters in community. 🌸🌸🌸

This will be a beautiful safe space to truly honor wherever you are, connect deeply with spirit and your soul's purpose, feel seen and heard, be in your body, realign with what lights you up, come alive again and PLAY! 💗😍🐬
