The goal of this group is to build a vibrant, low‑pressure community in Park Slope/Gowanus where people in their 20s and 30s nerds, gamers, creatives, and anyone who just wants genuine connection can meet up, hang out, and feel comfortable. Whether you’re into board games, anime debates, video games, sci‑fi, or just chilling with good conversation, this group is all about creating a space where friendships form naturally, laughter comes easy, and everyone gets to be their wonderfully weird self.

We will try to host events for the group to come together weekly in Park Slope at bars, coffee shops or parks to connect.

Can you come solo? Absolutely.
Most people will be showing up on their own at first. We’re building a community from scratch one conversation and event at a time.

We’ll kick things off with easy, low‑pressure icebreakers to help everyone get comfortable and start connecting. And if you’ve got a favorite icebreaker or a fun idea to get people talking, bring it along. This group grows better with everyone’s energy.
