Breathwork is a powerful inner exploration tool that can help us tap into the deeper parts of ourselves to create a state of relaxation and bliss.
And who doesn’t want that? Especially now…
During these 3 sessions we will breathe together through this new phase that’s just starting and the explored theme will be CHANGE.
• What does change mean for us? What is our experience with change?
• Why are we afraid of changes?
• How can we embrace change?
Let’s breathe together to let go of any stagnant energy and emotions and make more room for other desired emotions. It is all within us!
Be sure to set up a space that is comfortable and where can lay down and will not be disturbed. Bring a pillow, blanket and headphones.
