This is a time and space to connect with yourself, your intentions, and fellowship with other women. All ages and backgrounds are welcome. Come exactly as you are. We are here to witness you, beautiful sister!
Once we have all settled into the space, we will be led through a guided body scan and meditation. Afterwards, there will be time to share with the group and fellowship with our sisters.
The investment for this event is $20. This helps cover the Meetup platform fees, as well as honor the time and energy of those organizing and facilitating. Space is limited, and we've previously had many people RSVP who did not end up coming, which prevented others who wanted to attend from doing so, which is the main reason we've switched to paid registration. WHAT TO BRING:
- For your comfort, it is recommended to bring a yoga mat, bolster, and light blanket
- Water bottle
- Eye Mask (this will help you stay focused on your inner landscape as we meditate)
WHAT TO WEAR:
It is recommended to wear looser fitting, comfortable clothing. Layers encouraged. Get comfy and wear whatever makes you feel good!
