Release & Replenish: A Breathwork and Tincture Workshop

Details

*PLEASE NOTE: THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO ALL GENDERS*

Experience the power of conscious energy movement through breath and an in-depth exploration of tincture remedies. This event is perfect for those seeking a deeper and sweeter relationship with themselves.

Join us for a special gathering to help release what is ready to move through your body, heart, and mind. Following a guided breathwork and meditation session, we will learn to harness the medicinal benefits of three common herbs through the medium of tinctures. From assembly and energetic infusion, to processing and bottling, we will learn how to use nature’s gifts in order to replenish our body and soul.

Tincture options will include: lemon balm (stress, anxiety, relaxation), mullein (respiratory health and repair, expectorant), and valerian root (sleep).

This is not a holo/psychotropic breathwork session. Throughout the session, the breath will flow in a wave format, with the intensity of the breath being adjustable to your comfort level.

This event is limited to 12 people and includes the following:

  • One hour in-depth group breathwork session
  • Guided meditation for release
  • Detailed tincture workshop, all supplies and materials included!

WHAT TO BRING
· For your comfort, it is recommended to bring a yoga mat, bolster, and a light blanket
· Water bottle
· Eye mask (this will help you stay focused on your inner landscape through the breathing process)

WHAT TO WEAR
· It is recommended to wear looser fitting/comfortable clothing. Layers are encouraged as changes in body temperature are a common side effect of this practice.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Breathwork has contraindications because of its strong activation of the nervous system and endocrine system, and the potentially intense physical and emotional experience. With some health conditions, we need to be more attentive and aware when practicing breathwork. With other health conditions, it is better not to get into the practice before your condition has improved.

In purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to let your facilitator know of your health conditions and any medication you are taking prior to the beginning of the event.
