Whether you’re brand new to palmistry or simply curious to deepen your intuitive understanding, this beginner-friendly class will guide you through the foundational art of reading the lines, mounts, and shapes of the hand.

Each Metaphysical Mondays class is a 1.5-hour guided experience designed to be both educational and experiential—blending practical learning with intuitive development.
Here’s what you can expect during Hands of Light – A Palm Reading Journey:
✨ A warm, welcoming environment — no prior palmistry experience required
🖐️ A beginner-friendly introduction to palm reading, including:
• The history and purpose of palmistry
• The major hand lines and what they represent
• The significance of hand shapes, fingers, and mounts
• How to begin interpreting the energetic story within the hands
🌙 Guidance on blending traditional palmistry meanings with intuitive interpretation
🧘 Gentle intuitive exercises and guided energetic awareness practices to help you connect more deeply with your natural intuitive gifts
💬 Time for questions, discussion, and shared insights in a supportive group setting
🌿 A brief introduction to the monthly focus product from SunMed, available before class begins
🍫 Light grounding support after energy work (snacks or refreshments may be available)
📄 Printed handouts will be provided for continued study and practice at home
🪷 You’re welcome to bring a yoga mat or blanket to sit on if you prefer. Chairs will be provided.
⏰ You’re invited to arrive 15 minutes early to learn about the focus product and settle into the space.
