Each Metaphysical Mondays class is a 1.5-hour guided experience designed to be both informative and experiential.
Here’s what you can expect:

• 🧘 Gentle energy work, guided meditation, or intuitive exercises (as appropriate to the class)
• 💬 Time for questions, discussion, and shared insights
• 🌿 A brief introduction to the monthly focus product, available before class begins
• 🍫 Light grounding support after energy work (snacks or refreshments may be available)
• Handouts with be provided for future exploration into the subject matter at your leisure
• You are welcome to bring a yoga matt or blanket to sit on. Chairs will be provided.

You’re invited to arrive 15 minutes early to learn about the focus product and settle in.
Classes are designed to be educational, empowering, and practical, giving you tools you can actually use beyond the classroom.
