Details
This a weekly parkour Meetup at varying locations around Los Angeles. The first part of the Meetup aims to strengthen and prep the body for parkour training. The majority of the meetup concentrates heavily on technique, flow, and movement. The meetup is for all ages and all levels, no previous experience is required.
The parkour meetup is structured as follows:
(1) Warm-up
(2) Conditioning
(3) Technical, flow, and movement training.
(4) Cool-down
Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes early as we will get started right on time. If you know you will be late, please text or call Doug before the start of the meetup as we tend to move locations once the meetup starts.
