Most of my activities will not include dining as I am about promoting a healthy lifestyle.
All will be encouraged to bring water and a healthy snack.
Typically, some people will want to go to lunch or dinner afterwards. That's cool - you be you. You are welcome to post your dining intentions in the comments - others will probably want to partake. I may, on occasion - if I have burned enough calories.
Helmet are encouraged as well as hiking poles but not mandatory.
Some trails may be uneven and may have roots sticking out of the ground. I have personally tripped on a tree root and ended up with a hairline fracture. This was a hike that I was leading in 2013. It happens. Be cautious.
By attending the meet up, you assume ALL risk for your safety and will not hold the organizer responsible for injury.

If you sign up, we will be expecting you. If you cannot make it, change your RSVP. It is disrespectful to not show and keep people waiting. Please don't be one of those people. After the second time, with no message or without changing your RSVP, you will be dismissed from the group.
