If we can organise a carpool then the people on the train will have time to enjoy a coffee or whatever, if not we'll get a bus to the start at 10:09 opposite the Bakery.

What a pleasant way to spend a Sunday with friends, in fern gullies beside waterfalls and pools of the Nature Track.

We start with a relaxing walk and talk along a firetrail before heading bush and crossing a few scenic footbridges to Edinburgh Castle with fantastic views overlooking the valley.

A nice descent to Lillians Glen gives us, or the adventurous, a chance to explore Asmodeus Pool, a scramble over some large boulders, to a dark and mysterious waterfall with a deep pool below.

A short stroll brings us to a creek crossing on stepping stones. More adventures as we go upstream to a secret waterfall with a daredevil climb to the old Flora Baths on steps cut into the rock.

Time to settle the nerves with a picturesque ramble to an old picnic area beside a cascade. More exploring to satisfy the thrillseekers.

A short climb takes us to stunning Lookout with truly breathtaking views before we begin our ascent up metal ladders and an endless array of stairs to our final destination, The Conservation Hut from whence we began looking back over the valley.

A walk with beautiful rock overhangs, rainforest areas, quaint little bridges and stepping stones, picnic areas beside cascades and of course the waterfalls and fantastic views of the valleys from numerous lookouts and not to mention the free aerobic exercise to the finish.
